Pasquale Natuzzi personally coordinates this strategic activity from the Santeramo in Colle, (Italy) Style Centre where a team of 120 professional designers, architects, colour experts, craftsmen, engineers and furniture specialists is devoted entirely to design quality, studying trends and choosing materials. Here new materials are sought out, from leather to wood stains, fabric, metal, glass and ceramic.
Of the 6,000 sketches produced every year for sofas, armchairs, furnishing accessories and related objects - also developed using sophisticated computer technology - only 120 reach the final verification stages: the development of a hand-built prototype. A fundamental stage, aimed at improving the look, comfort and practicality and optimising the use of materials whilst ensuring a fair price.
The creation of our models and the research for increasingly innovative solutions are the result of the work done by the furnishing experts and designers in our Style Centre; the manufacture of frames and padding, the assembly, the cutting and stitching of upholstery, all this takes place in our plants; the leather is worked by our expert craftsmen in the Natuzzi Group tanneries.
